Free downloading of reproductions of artworks and explanatory figures
By permission of Maurizio Turlon (grantor), the artwork images and explanatory figures on the site are freely downloadable "as is" for personal and non-profit use only. Any redistribution activities and other purposes other than the above mentioned are not authorized and may be pursued by the grantor through legal action. Downloadable reproductions of artworks are the result of JPG compressions of original generative files previously resized, altered with noise pixels and supplemented with identifying markers. Regardless of the resulting quality, downloadable reproductions lend themselves to digital reworking. However, because of both the inherent characteristics of the generative files and the alteration technique of the downloadable files, digital reworkings will lead to images that are difficult to dissimilate from the original artworks and with significantly lower degrees of fineness and refinement than the native ones. In all cases of digital or other reworking combined with any form of publication, this authorization is conditional on the citation of the original site, works, subjects and author.
With the permission of free downloading from this site of images related to artworks and explanatory figures for personal and non-profit use only, Maurizio Turlon (grantor) assumes no responsibility whatsoever either on the result of digital reworkings performed by third parties or on their reuse in improper contexts. The grantor informs that the original generative files of the artworks will never be distributed and that they are and will remain his sole and exclusive property reserving the right to destroy them. The grantor informs that no permission has ever been given in the past and will never be given in the future to third parties regarding the use of the downloadable files in order to reconstruct its own works in its name and on its behalf in any format or context and that any reconstructions in this sense are to be considered fakes. The grantor informs that any attempt to dissimilate the downloadable files, for the purpose of false attribution of paternity, may be brought to light as soon as reconstructions of certain generative complexities or identifying markers are required. The grantor reserves the right to take legal action in case of non-compliance or abuse of what is expressly granted, stated and written.
